For months we have had ups and downs on our connection, but now it's just getting worse and worse. During the whole weekend we were left without Internet, from Friday evening to Monday 3pm. I work from home, so I do need a reliable connection. I found myself sitting in a Costa Coffee shop to be able to do my work. This is absolutely unacceptable. Today yet another day without connection.
I find an absurd to see that you still feel proud about your services?! You should be ashamed.
